What a reporting cycle tends to cost

Quotes follow entities, sites, and the state of your files — not a menu of software tiers. The figures below are starting points in GEL.

We quote in Georgian lari. International groups that must pay in euro receive a euro figure locked to the National Bank rate on the quote date. There is no monthly plan and nothing to “upgrade.”

A first-year group with vineyards, hotels, and a city office — several legal entities, no prior workbook — often lands between 28,000 and 45,000 GEL for report plus inventory. We would rather say that in the first conversation than pretend 18,000 GEL covers a holding company.

What moves the quote

  • Number of legal entities and sites, and whether meters are shared.
  • Whether last year’s workbook exists and still matches the accounts.
  • Refrigerants, fleets, and district heating (each adds ledger work).
  • A parent template that must be filled in a second structure.
  • Travel to Kakheti, Adjara, or mountain sites, billed at cost.
  • A printer deadline that compresses comments into one weekend.

What we do not charge for

The first reporting conversation, up to forty-five minutes, is not billed. If we decline the work because the files cannot support a report, there is no fee for having looked.

Payment shape

A 40% commencement payment holds the calendar. The balance is due on delivery of the agreed pack, before the board walkthrough if you want us in the room. Work already started is billed as described on the refund page.
