Systemvectorcore sells reporting work: disclosure reports, inventories, workshops, chapters, and board packs. We do not sell physical goods, software licences, or course seats. The paragraphs below apply only to that professional work.
Eligibility
A refund is considered when we have not begun the agreed work, when we cancel because we cannot staff the calendar, or when a written confirmation is terminated under the rules below. A change of mind after a draft has been delivered is not, by itself, a reason for a full refund.
Timeframe
Write to hello@systemvectorcore.digital as soon as you know the year cannot go ahead. Requests are acknowledged within two working days. We assess them against the confirmation letter and the work already done.
Commencement payment (deposit)
The 40% commencement payment holds dates on the calendar. If you cancel more than 14 days before the agreed start (the date we first request files), we refund that payment minus 400 GEL for the administrative work of opening and closing the job.
If you cancel 14 days or fewer before the start, the commencement payment is not refundable, because those weeks cannot usually be filled with another reporting year.
Work already started
Once we have issued a data request or held the first scoping session, fees follow progress:
- Full refund of sums paid, less the commencement rules above, if we have not yet opened your files.
- Partial refund of the balance if we have begun the inventory or draft: we invoice time at 1,100 GEL per day actually spent, and refund any unused remainder of the total fee. The commencement payment is credited against that time.
- No refund of amounts that correspond to a delivered chapter, workbook, or pack you already have.
Printed proofs, hired translators, and site-travel tickets already purchased are not refundable. We pass those costs through at the amount on the receipt.
Workshops and board presentations
A materiality workshop date may be rescheduled once, at no fee, if you give at least five working days’ notice. Later changes, or a no-show of the management group, are billed as a day (3,200 GEL in Tbilisi) because the room was held.
A board presentation included in a pack is treated the same way: five working days’ notice to move it; otherwise the presentation day is billed even if we do not enter the room.
Missed file deadlines
If your team does not supply invoices within the windows in the confirmation, we may pause. Pausing is not a refund event. If the pause runs beyond 60 days, we may close the job, invoice work to date, and refund only unused remainder above that invoice.
How a refund is paid
Refunds go back by the same method as the original payment (bank transfer in GEL unless the confirmation used euro). Allow up to 14 working days after we send the written acceptance of the refund. We do not pay cash at the desk.

Email hello@systemvectorcore.digital with the engagement name, the reporting year, and whether you wish to cancel, reschedule, or query an invoice. Telephone +995 32 555 5270 if you need to flag a board date the same day; follow with the email so we have a record.
Exceptions
If we miss a lock-up date that was in the confirmation because of our delay, you may cancel the remaining work and receive a refund of fees for undelivered parts, and we will discuss a reduction on the delivered draft. If a force majeure event (including prolonged power or access failure at a site) stops both sides, we pause rather than forfeit.
Nothing on this page limits rights that Georgian law does not allow a client to waive.
