Some boards do not want a second book. They want four to twelve pages in the annual report that do not contradict the financial statements and do not read as an advertisement.
We write that chapter against the same year-end as the accounts. Energy and emissions numbers are reconciled to the inventory if one exists. If it does not, we either build a short inventory or we refuse to print a headline intensity.
The chapter includes what the year actually contained: a new boiler, a lost-time injury, a water restriction in a Kakheti vintage, a community complaint at a plant gate. We will not replace those facts with a list of memberships.
From 6,800 GEL when the inventory already exists. If the chapter is the first time anyone has added the electricity invoices, the fee moves toward the inventory rate. Deadlines follow your printer, not ours — tell us the lock-up date when you write.
