The website
The pages describe reporting work. They are not an offer to the world at large and they are not financial, legal, or assurance advice. Fees on the fees page are starting points. A binding engagement exists only when both sides have a written confirmation of scope, year, entities, and price.
You may view and print pages for your own decision-making. You may not copy the site to run a similar reporting practice, scrape it for a model, or present our sample language as your disclosure.
Intellectual property
Report drafts, workbooks, figures, and methods notes we produce for a paid engagement belong to you for the reporting year and the entities named in the confirmation, once the final invoice is paid. Our house templates, unselected draft language, and this website remain ours. We may describe the type of work in general terms; we will not publish your unpublished figures.
Client files
You warrant that you have the right to give us invoices, headcount files, and site access. You remain responsible for the truth of source documents. We remain responsible for the arithmetic we perform on those documents and for stating gaps.
Liability
We prepare reports and inventories with professional care. We do not provide audit assurance. Directors remain responsible for signing. Our liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where Georgian law does not allow a limit (for example, harm caused by intent or gross negligence). We are not liable for missed printer dates you did not give us in writing, or for a lender’s own interpretation of a pack.
Acceptable use of the site
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit malicious files through the form, or use the contact form to send bulk advertising. We may refuse or delete such messages.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from the site or from a reporting engagement are governed by the law of Georgia. The courts of Tbilisi have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a written engagement says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the page in the site footer year and the text as published at the time of your visit or engagement apply. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new text.
